Audits of financial statements
We audit annual financial statements from public limited companies [AG], limited liability companies [GmbH] and cooperative associations according to the Swiss Law of Obligations [OR] or in accordance with the Swiss GAAP FER and IAS/IFRS accounting standards.
We also audit the annual accounting statements of associations, clubs, non-profit organisations, communes and public law corporations in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations and accounting standards.
Staff benefit/pension schemes
The present regulations in Swiss GAAP FER 26 make it very complex to draw up annual accounting statements for staff benefit/pension schemes in Switzerland with all the information required. SUDAN PARTNER AG has specialised in this area.
Consolidation
Tighter statutory regulations in Switzerland mean that even smaller groups are obliged to draw up consolidated statements of account. We can assist with simple book value consolidation according to Swiss stock corporation law, and we can also help with a consolidation according to the modern Swiss GAAP FER und IAS/IFRS accounting standards. Thanks to our links with TIAG (see International Network), we can also handle audits on an international basis.
Special audits
As specially authorised auditors in accordance with Article 727b, OR, we are able to carry out formation audits, capital increase audits, capital reduction audits and revaluation audits.
We are approved as external SRO auditors in accordance with the Money Laundering Act (MLA).
We have the solution - whether you need special audits as per Article 697 a/g, OR, audits according to the Mergers Act, Due Diligence audits, embezzlement audits, internal monitoring system audits (IKS) or solutions to margin problems.
We also accept special audit assignments from communes and public law corporations.
